That card where the tentacle splits her open, front and back, while she's already pregnant. Drew it three times in one run. The AI art has this weird glossy look, like someone spilled oil on a render, but somehow that makes the breeding scenes hit harder. Not sure why. The faces sometimes melt a bit around the eyes but honestly I stopped caring after the third floor when my party was basically a walking orgy with combat mechanics.

The deckbuilding is Slay the Spire with extra steps and less polish. You pick two characters at the start, each with their own element, and that determines your card pool. Fire girl plus void lady gives you burn damage and tentacle summons. The lust meter fills as you take hits or play certain cards, and when it maxes out, the Breeding Protocol triggers. That's where the game stops being a card game for a minute and just shows you exactly what happens when alien biology meets human anatomy. Creampies, multiple penetration, bellies swelling immediately. The pregnancy mechanic carries between fights, which is a nice touch, though it doesn't change the gameplay much beyond some stat modifiers.

The tactics part falls apart around mid-run when you realize two or three card combos just break everything. I had a setup where I was groping enemies to build lust, then converting that into shield, then using the shield to draw more groping cards. Infinite loop. The AI doesn't know what to do. Still, watching the enemy commander get bred by her own tentacle beasts because I flipped her lust meter never got old. The sci-fi horror setting is mostly window dressing, some text about unstable elements and strange technology, but the creature designs are genuinely unsettling when they're not inside someone. Wish the sandbox elements were more than just picking a path on a map. A DLC where the pregnancy actually affects dialogue or unlocks different endings would make the whole thing feel less like a very horny spreadsheet. Dare to play it with one hand, I guess.
