I keep opening My Furry Maid when I should be doing other things. The browser tab just sits there, waiting.
Anna is a student at some housekeeping school and you're her teacher. That's it. That's the whole setup. The game doesn't pretend to be anything else. She's got these ears that twitch when she's embarrassed and a tail that gives away everything she's feeling before she says a word. Cooking lessons turn into something else entirely. Etiquette training becomes a joke when she's on her knees looking up at you with those big eyes. The kinetic novel thing means you just click and watch it unfold, no branching paths, no choices that matter. Some people hate that. I get why. But sometimes I don't want to think about which dialogue option leads to the blowjob scene. Sometimes I just want the blowjob scene.
The art is rough. Like, genuinely unpolished in a way that makes me wonder if the artist was learning as they went. Anna's proportions shift between scenes. Her teacher looks like he was drawn by someone who's only seen men in other hentai games. And yet. There's something about the way she blushes, the way the sweat drops are drawn during the more intense training sessions. The sex scenes are explicit as hell, no fade to black, no tasteful panning away. When she finally confesses her burning desire, as the description puts it, it's messy and awkward and somehow hotter for it.
I wish there was more. A different ending maybe, or at least one moment where you could fail her training and see what happens. But that's not what this is. It's a straight line from point A to point B and point B is her bent over the kitchen counter while you're supposed to be teaching her how to properly season a dish. The furry tag is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, it's mostly just the ears and tail, which honestly is my preference anyway. Full fur suits weird me out. No judgment to those who are into that.
The whole thing feels like someone's first game, made in a bedroom, uploaded at 4 AM with a prayer. And I keep coming back to it. Not because it's good. Because it's honest.
