The doctor's tits are fucking massive. That's where my brain went first, not the whole "lucky patient" setup or whatever. Nurse Joy looking type, but with these absolutely ridiculous breasts that keep getting bigger somehow. Breast expansion tag is there for a reason and honestly it's the most memorable thing about the whole experience. The 3d models have that slightly plastic look, you know the one, where skin doesn't quite reflect light right but you stop caring after about thirty seconds.

The threesome mechanic is simple enough. Pick who rides first, the other one does something else. I chose the doctor because obviously, and the nurse just kind of... positioned herself nearby. The deepthroat animation is janky as hell, her jaw doing things that would require several dislocations, but the sound design actually surprised me. Wet noises that don't sound like someone stirring macaroni. Small victories. You can switch between them whenever, and the cumshot options are generous. Multiple rounds, which the description promises and actually delivers on, rare enough to mention.

What bugs me though, and I keep coming back to this, is the cunnilingus part. The positioning makes no anatomical sense. Like they tried to copy a reference image but got the angles wrong. The doctor girlfriend tag implies some relationship but the game never bothers explaining anything. Not that anyone's here for lore. The breast expansion happens mid-scene without warning and I laughed out loud the first time. Not in a bad way. It's so committed to being exactly what it is, this unpolished fantasy with nurses who look like they escaped from a bootleg Pokemon center, that I can't even be mad about the clipping issues. The hair physics are nonexistent. Solid blocks of brunette that move like helmets. Still fapped.
