The whole thing runs on mouse velocity. Not skill, not timing. Just how fast you can jerk your hand across the desk while the screen shows a cartoon hand wrapped around a very enthusiastic machine attachment. I spent way too long on the first level because I thought there was a rhythm to it. There is not. It is pure friction and the little meter fills up like a slot machine about to pay out in cumshot confetti.

The premise is a sperm bank, which is already funnier than it has any right to be. You are not a donor, you are the machine operator. The machine does the work, your mouse is the power source. Every level adds a new layer of absurdity, like the arcade score counter that resets if you slow down, or the way the hentai face on the receiver gets more and more cross eyed as the handjob speed increases. One minor detail I could not stop staring at: the wrist angle changes when you hit max speed. It bends slightly, like the artist knew exactly what a tired wrist looks like but drew it anyway.

The humor is there but it is buried under a layer of genuine hand cramp. I played on a trackpad for two rounds and my finger slid off the edge twice. The game does not care. It just keeps asking for more points, more levels, more of whatever mechanical sympathy you have left.

Who gets the most out of this? Someone who likes the idea of a lewd arcade cabinet but does not want to explain the joystick to anyone. The machine tag is doing a lot of work here, but honestly the best part is the score counter ticking up while the cumshot animation plays in slow motion. You feel like you won something, even if your wrist hates you.
