God, the pixel hunting in this one. You spend half your time just dragging the cursor over every inch of a grimy fallout shelter hoping it turns into a hand icon. There's this one scene early on, the mother character is in the shower, water's barely working, and the whole thing is framed through a crack in the door. You just watch. She doesn't know. The tension is better than the actual sex that comes later, which is a problem I have with a lot of these games. The buildup is always more twisted than the payoff.

The core loop is basically a misery management sim. You scavenge for canned goods and batteries during the day, making choices that mostly lead to someone getting groped by a rotting corpse or a raider with hygiene issues. Then at night you're back in the bunker, and the real rot sets in. The family immunity thing isn't just a plot point, it's a curse. They're trapped, and the boredom and fear curdles into something else. The dad, that's you, starts looking at his busty daughter and his thick milf wife differently. The game doesn't shy away from the incest angle, it shoves your face in it. There's a voyeurism mechanic where you peek on them changing, and the corruption stat is less about them becoming sluts and more about you becoming a predator. I wish the wife's ass was rendered with a bit more... weight? In some scenes it looks fantastic, in others it's like a pair of pale beach balls glued to her back.

Then there's the netorare stuff with the neighbor who's also immune. You can pimp out your family to him for supplies, or just watch through a vent as he "helps" them relieve stress. The oral scenes are messy, lots of drool, and the group sex scenario near the endgame is a logistical nightmare of limbs. The real porn tag means you get these jarring live action clips spliced in during climaxes. It's a weird choice, feels like a fever dream. The horror elements are genuinely creepy though, the low groans of zombies outside while you're inside making your daughter wear a vibrating egg on a supply run. The management part gets grindy, never enough batteries for the toys.
