The whole thing hinges on a real model reacting to getting smacked by rubber, and honestly that's the only reason to keep dodging. Not a cartoon, an actual person wincing and flinching while you steer her left and right. The arcade loop is simple enough, dildos drop from the top, three hits and you're done. I spent way too long trying to bait them into landing on her shoulder just to see the reaction change. It does change. Slightly.
There's no tutorial, no menu fluff. You load in, she's standing there in nothing, and the first one almost always clips her head because you're busy staring. The hitbox feels a bit off near the edges, like the collision is smaller than the visual, which I complained about for a solid minute before realizing I was just bad. The third hit triggers a longer animation, more defeated, and then it resets. That's it. That's the game.
What surprised me is how the reaction shots carry the whole thing. Without them it's just a worse version of those falling object browser games from 2007. With them, it becomes this weird loop of failure being the reward. You don't want to win. You want to see how she handles the next one. The huge dildo tag is accurate, some of those things are absurd, like comically oversized, and watching her brace for impact never got old. The nude tag is also accurate, no clever camera angles here.
The arcade scoring is basically nonexistent, just a timer that means nothing. I forgot about it entirely. There's a moment where two drop at once and you have to pick which hit to take, and that's the closest thing to strategy. Not a deep game. But for a browser tab you keep open on a second monitor, it does exactly what it needs to.
