The reflex minigame is a lie. You can just skip it. There's a button right there to watch the porno instead of fighting Akali, and honestly that's the most honest thing about this whole thing. The fighting part, if you do bother, feels like someone stapled a rhythm game onto a gif. You press left, right, block, whatever, and the timing window is so generous it might as well be a slideshow.
