Burning Boundaries, right. Used to be called Babysitters which makes zero sense now but whatever. The whole thing feels like someone drew it on a napkin then scanned it in, that kind of unpolished. Not in a bad way though, like outsider art where the jank is the point. You're this photographer dude, big shot with a camera, and there's Lara. She's the one. Married maybe? The game doesn't care and neither do I.

The sex scenes hit different when the models look slightly wrong. Like a dream where faces shift. There's this one moment at a party, you're just watching through the lens and things escalate. Hands going places. The blackmail stuff creeps in slow, someone's got footage of you and now you're doing things. Anal with a character who was supposed to be off limits, the animation loops weird but somehow that makes it dirtier. The corruption arc isn't written so much as it just happens, one choice and suddenly you're balls deep in a swinging situation with two milfs who were just making small talk five clicks ago. The male protag loses his virginity in a way that feels almost accidental, like the game forgot to build up to it.

Sound design is just... not there. Dead silence except for some stock moan that repeats. Makes the whole thing feel furtive, like you're watching something you shouldn't. The cheating scenes have this voyeur quality, even when you're the one doing the cheating. Masturbation bits are weirdly clinical, handjob animations that look like someone describing the motion rather than showing it. But the teasing, the groping in public spaces, that's where the game's cheap 3dcg actually works. Stiff characters doing stiff things, but the tension is real. Oral scenes cut away too fast though, always right when it gets good. A DLC that just lets scenes play out longer, no cuts, no fade to black, would fix half my complaints. The other half I'd keep because the brokenness is part of the charm. Group sex finale felt rushed but also exactly right for a game that never pretends to be more than what it is.
