Jake is a fucking disaster and I love it. The whole setup is this sad sack sitting in an empty bar, Pussy Cats, which is already a name that tells you everything about his life choices. No hot babes, so he just pulls out his phone. The UI is literally a phone screen with a contact list. No hints, no tutorial, just a list of names and you gotta figure out what to say. It feels grimy in the best way, like you're actually snooping through some dude's booty call roster.
The dialogue is where this thing shines, or maybe it's just so bad it's good. You're trying to sweet talk these women, but the options are pure cringe. I spent way too long trying to get with this one girl, Sarah I think, and every line I picked made her more pissed off. The humor is accidental genius. You pick something you think is smooth and she hits back with a "lose this number, creep." The game doesn't hold your hand, so you're just failing upwards, calling one bitch after another until someone's desperate or bored enough to say yes. The big tits tag is accurate, the art is unpolished but it knows exactly what it's selling. The character designs are all chest and attitude.
I wish the phone had a fake messaging history you could scroll through. Seeing the past trainwrecks would be a nice touch, but it won't happen. The whole thing is a series of pickup line puzzles. One wrong word and you're ghosted. The seduction is less about charm and more about trial and error, memorizing which girl likes to be called a slut and which one wants you to pretend you remember her name. It's a raw, messy little time waster. The lack of polish is the point, it makes the whole experience feel like a dirty secret you found on a browser tab you forgot to close.
