The first thing that hits you is how rough the whole thing feels. Not in a bad way, like a cheap motel that still has good water pressure. The menus are clunky, the dialogue boxes overlap sometimes, and the animation loops like it was rendered on a laptop from 2016. But then Misty shows up in that tiny yellow bikini and suddenly I don't care about any of that.

The resort setup is basically an excuse to have May, Misty, and Dawn wandering around half naked waiting for you to click on them. Point and click, sure, but the clicking is more about figuring out which room has the next sex scene than any real puzzle. I spent way too long trying to get May's scene to trigger because I didn't realize I had to talk to her twice in the lobby before she'd follow me to the pool. That kind of thing. The dating sim elements are there but shallow, you pick a girl, give her a gift, then she's ready to fuck. No real consequence.

The sex scenes themselves are voiced and animated, which is rare for this kind of parody game. Misty's blowjob scene has her making these little gagging sounds that are honestly better than most full budget visual novels. Dawn's vaginal scene is a bit stiff, her legs don't move naturally, but her voice actress goes all in with the moaning. May's scene was my favorite, she rides you in a beach chair and the animation actually syncs with the audio for the most part.

I keep thinking about the fact that there's a harem route but I never found it. Maybe I clicked wrong somewhere. The game doesn't explain much. You just wander around this resort clicking on things until something happens. Sometimes it's a battle, sometimes it's a titty. The battle system is basically rock paper scissors with Pokemon sprites.

Anyway, if you want polished production values go play something else. This is a greasy little parody game that knows exactly what you're here for and doesn't waste time pretending otherwise. The trainer girls are hot, the voices are surprisingly good, and the whole thing feels like someone's horny fanfiction got turned into a playable mess. I respect that.

Yanking down your shorts in the middle of a forest path? Classic Pokemon logic, honestly. This little animation by sismicious drops the haunter right into the action, and it's not here for a friendly battle. One look at those glowing eyes and it's game over for her free will, just a limp body getting repositioned against a tree. The whole thing has this rough, sketchy quality that makes it feel like a leaked reel of something you shouldn't see, with the ghost’s massive, veiny cock being the focal point of every frame.

What gets me isn't even the hypnosis, which is already a favorite trope of mine. It's the lazy sound design. Well, the complete lack of it. No moans, no wet slapping, just a silent hypnotized reverse cowgirl bounce as she rides him with a blank stare, her trainer outfit still mostly on. You start to wonder if haunter’s jagged body parts would actually hurt in that position. The scene does this weird loop where the hypnotic rings keep pulsing around her head, a constant reminder she's not present for any of this. There's also a moment before the big position shift where he just sort of floats her body around like a doll, and the distorted proportion work on her thighs right then is something you can’t unsee. A small thing, and I can't stop thinking about it.

Found it floating around a corner of newgrounds, I think, where the tagging was completely unhinged. The whole director persona of that corner of the internet, everything tagged "sismicious," just has this unique flavor of broken brain pokemon parody. Forgot my headphone dongle again so had to do the whole volume low on phone speaker scan, a truly nerve wracking experience with a giant hypnotized girl on top scene just blasting through the work break room. The outdoor setting gets lost in the haze, but that first lock-in moment, where her eyes go from shock to glassy, is the exact brand of non con taboo that makes you feel a bit cursed for watching.
