The Dirty Ernie Show thing is like finding an old VHS tape behind the TV stand. You know the one, unlabeled, probably recorded over your dad's fishing show. This game runs on that energy. The graphics are deliberately crusty, like it was made on a calculator. Everything is blocky and the animations are so barebones they’re practically fossilized. And honestly, that’s the only reason to stick around. It’s a specific flavor of jank you can’t fake.

The plot is pure hospital soap opera trash. Heavy Flo, who looks like a brick with a red wig, wants Buck. But Buck is getting a sloppy blowjob from Nursie. The whole conflict kicks off when Flo sees Buck’s massive, pixelated schlong and loses her mind. She tries flirting, gets rejected hard, and immediately decides murder is the logical next step. The gameplay is mostly clicking through weird dream sequences where she fantasizes about killing the nurse with a giant syringe. The sex scenes are stiff and awkward, just a couple of frames looping with zero sound other than the static hiss in your brain. There’s a uniform fetish element that barely registers because the textures look like scrambled eggs.

But here’s the thing. I keep checking my phone to see if it crashed. It didn’t. The uniform tag got me here but the redhead revenge fantasy is what kept me clicking. It’s not hot in a traditional way. It’s hot in the way a fever dream is. You feel kinda gross after but you don't exactly regret it. I wish there was more of a struggle or some actual consequence for the murder plotting. You just click and she goes psycho, then the game ends abruptly like someone pulled the plug. No resolution. Just a static screen.

The blowjob is the centerpiece and it looks ridiculous. A massive pink rectangle moving toward a cylinder. I laughed.

Buck wants nothing more than to reignite passion with the fresh nurse, but jealousy brews in Heavy Flo and Hot Nursie as they watch. The tension is thick, and Ernie and Sexy Nursie hatch a naughty plan: if Ernie helps her sabotage Buck’s steamy moments with Fresh Nurse, she promises him a blowjob that he won’t forget.

When Buck finally gets alone with Fresh Nurse for some heated action, Hot Nursie, Ernie, and their accomplice Cecil have other plans, ready to ruin the fun - and they do it in the most outrageous way possible. Instead of letting the night unfold smoothly, they throw a wrench into the mix with some seriously filthy tricks that leave everyone stunned and embarrassed.

But the chaos doesn’t stop there. When it’s time for Ernie to collect his promised reward from Sexy Nursie, she delivers - just not quite how he imagined. The blowjob comes with a twist, leaving Ernie both satisfied and surprised, adding a whole new layer of twisted humor to this hospital drama.

This game dives deep into a world where uniforms hide secrets, jealousy sparks dirty schemes, and every patient and nurse has a role in the messy, erotic chaos. If you’re craving a story packed with scandal, lust, and unexpected turns, this one’s made for you. Play now and get tangled up in the wildest hospital escapades where no one plays fair and everyone’s craving a taste of pleasure and revenge.
