The twins run the bakery. I spent maybe forty minutes just... watching them knead dough. The game doesn't stop you. You can literally stand in the corner of their shop while the older one, the one with the ridiculous apron that's fighting a losing battle against her chest, bends over to check the oven. The voyeurism tag isn't a suggestion, it's the whole damn menu. You click on things. You click on people. Sometimes you click on a bush and a monster girl pops out and suddenly you're getting a handjob from a slime creature behind the mayor's house. This town is broken in the best way.
The plot is something about your parents and secrets and why you ran away. I don't know. I stopped caring when the librarian, a milf with glasses that fog up during certain... animated sequences, asked me to help reorganize the restricted section. The dialogue is pure nonsense. One minute you're having a heartfelt chat about childhood trauma, the next you're balls deep in a catgirl who speaks in puns. The ahegao faces are so over the top they loop back around to being art. The 3DCG models have that cheap mobile game shine, like someone coated everyone in baby oil, but honestly that just adds to the fever dream quality.
The sandbox structure means you can ignore the main quest forever. I did. I spent an entire session just maxing out the exhibitionism stat with the elf twins. Wait, different twins. There are multiple sets. The fantasy tag is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, mostly to justify why everyone has tits the size of their head and a breeding kink. The male domination path is there if you want it, but the game seems confused about whether you're a master manipulator or just some dude who keeps tripping into pussy. The anal scenes are surprisingly well animated for something that looks like it was rendered on a calculator. Don't expect romance. Expect groping. Lots of it. The mobile version probably melts your phone.
