The alchemy minigame is just dragging icons into a pot, but I spent twenty minutes trying to make a potion that would let me peek at the catgirl's tail without her noticing. She noticed. The whole guild laughed. My character just stood there with a bottle of something that smelled like burnt sugar and shame.
Town of Redemption puts you in a fantasy city as a refugee turned alchemist, which sounds noble until you realize half your job is brewing stamina draughts for adventurers who then go grind slimes while you stay home and stir. The monster girls though. Big tits, big asses, fur, scales, the works. Teasing is the main course here. A wolf girl leans over the counter, her tits practically spilling into your mortar and pestle, and the dialogue options are basically "stare respectfully" or "stare disrespectfully." I picked disrespectfully. She liked it. Then I had to go collect moon herbs for three in game days and forgot what I was doing.
The sandbox part means you wander around town, groping opportunities pop up if you've raised affection enough. Lactation shows up later with one of the cow girls, and yes, it's exactly as messy as you'd hope. The RPG elements are thin, stats go up, you unlock new recipes, but honestly I just wanted to see the bunny girl's ass jiggle when she hops. It does. A lot.
One thing that bugged me, the merchant sells ingredients in stacks of five but the potion recipes need seven. Why. I kept buying three stacks and having leftovers. Never fixed it. Anyway, the furry tag is accurate, there's a fox lady with three tails and she sits on your lap during one scene and I forgot to breathe. The 2D art is rough around the edges but the expressions carry it. Not polished, but it knows what it's doing.
