The first time you use the pliers it's not even the worst part. It's the sound. That wet little click when the tooth finally gives, like stepping on a snail in the dark. She makes this noise, not a scream exactly, more like a dog that got kicked and doesn't understand why. The game just sits there, all flat colors and clumsy menus, like something a student coded between classes. Doesn't even try to look good. And somehow that makes it worse? Better? I don't know.

The positions thing is weird. You cycle through them with these awkward button presses, her body snapping into place like a broken doll. Standing, kneeling, bent over the table. Each one unlocks different... options. The whip leaves these red marks that don't fade. Your hands can slap, punch, choke. There's a knife but it's almost too much, the way the blood pools. I kept going back to the pliers though. Something about the deliberate nature of it. You have to click each tooth individually. Ten clicks. She counts them, voice getting more ragged. By number seven I was actually sweating, which is stupid because it's just pixels, just some programmer's weird fantasy. My phone buzzed with a DoorDash notification and I almost threw it across the room.

The ending. There's an ending. You know you're close when she stops begging and just... stares. Past the screen almost. The tools get bloody, your hands get bloody, the floor gets bloody. And then it's over and the game just sits there on the title screen again like nothing happened. No score, no achievement popup, nothing. Just that same shitty menu music looping. I closed the tab and sat in silence for like five minutes before opening Twitter. What the fuck is wrong with people who make these things. What the fuck is wrong with me for finishing it.
