Gloria walks in with stomach pains and somehow the only person who can help is you, a guy who just happens to be filling in for the real doctor Helen. Sure. The setup is paper thin even by these standards and honestly that's part of the charm. You're not here for medical accuracy. The reflex hammer bit made me laugh because you tap her knee and she moans like you've done something much more interesting. The game knows exactly what it is.

The undressing system is weirdly deliberate. You have to actually click around her clothes like you're searching for loose change in a couch. First the shirt, then the bra, and her tits are enormous, the kind of hentai proportions where you wonder about spinal health. But who's thinking about that. You're a doctor. You have a stethoscope. You're supposed to be professional. The inspection phase has you poking and prodding her belly while she makes sounds that would get you fired from any actual clinic. There's a moment where you're supposed to check her reflexes and I spent way too long just clicking her thigh because the animation looped in this hypnotic way. I forgot about the abdominal pain entirely. So did the game, apparently.

The sex scene triggers after you've done enough medical cosplay. It's straightforward, no complicated minigames or branching paths. Just click and watch. The roleplay element is what carries it, the whole "trust me I'm a doctor" thing played completely straight while you're doing the least medical things imaginable. Gloria's reactions are over the top in that specific hentai way, all gasping and trembling. Big boobs physics are present and accounted for. The patient-doctor dynamic stays weirdly consistent even when it stops making any sense. Like she'll still call you doctor while you're balls deep and I don't know if that's hot or concerning but I kept playing so I guess I have my answer. The whole thing is maybe fifteen minutes of content if you're slow. I was slow. I clicked everything twice just to see if the dialogue changed. It didn't. Helen never shows up. Gloria's stomach pain is never mentioned again. We cured her I think. With dick. Modern medicine.
