The artist clearly traced some official Overwatch art, I’d bet my left nut on it, but then got bored halfway through and just guessed the rest. Her lips look like they’re trying to escape her face. The whole thing has this weird flash game energy from 2008 where the jpeg artifacts are part of the aesthetic, you know? There’s this one CG where her spine bends at an angle that would kill a normal person instantly, but hey, she’s already blue and has no pulse, so maybe that’s lore accurate. The visual novel part is basically a slideshow with text boxes that feel like they were translated through three different languages before landing on whatever this English is. “Your mouth feels so good on my hard thing,” she says. The whole parody angle is lazy, honestly. It’s just Widowmaker’s skin slapped onto a generic body with none of her actual personality. She could be any purple lady. They didn’t even try to get her cold, detached vibe right. She goes from zero to “oh mon dieu” in about five seconds flat, which feels like a betrayal of the character’s entire deal. But then again, I’m the one clicking through a slideshow of a fictional sniper giving head, so who’s really betraying what here? The thing just ends abruptly, no climax for the player character, just a fade to black like they ran out of budget. Which they probably did. The whole thing feels like it was made in a weekend fueled by energy drinks and a very specific, very intense fixation.
