The blonde on the pole has this little hip tilt thing she does right before the top comes off. It's not a big movement, just a tiny shift of weight from one leg to the other, but her whole silhouette changes when she does it. The sprite animation loops are janky as hell, her elbow kind of snaps into place instead of bending, but that hip tilt. That part they got right. It's the kind of detail you notice when you've been staring at the same few frames for way too long because you can't figure out how to get your ball from one side of the grid to the other.
The game is basically this weird arcade puzzle where you're bouncing these big heavy balls across squares, and the physics feel like they were programmed by someone who learned about gravity from watching cartoons. Sometimes a ball will just decide to roll in a direction that makes no sense, and you're sitting there like, what the fuck, I tilted the screen left, why are you going up. But then the dancer loses another piece of clothing and suddenly I forget why I was annoyed. The logic puzzles underneath all the stripping are actually kind of mean. Like, genuinely mean. There's one layout where you have to bounce off three different walls in sequence and if you mess up the timing by even a fraction you're starting over, and the dancer just keeps doing her routine, completely unbothered by your suffering.
I keep getting distracted by the way her hair moves. Or doesn't move, really. It's this stiff blonde sheet that kind of flops as one solid piece when she spins around the pole. There's something almost hypnotic about how wrong it looks. The whole presentation is like that, honestly. Unpolished in a way that loops back around to being fascinating. The arcade mechanics are simple enough, tilt to move balls, hit the target, repeat, but the difficulty spikes are brutal and random. One level you're breezing through, next one feels like it was designed by someone who hates you personally. The big balls physics get especially weird when you're trying to make precise jumps near the edge of squares. They kind of wobble. It's not good. I can't stop playing.
