Mrs. Roberts walks in and right away you know this isn't the usual "my throat hurts" visit. The game doesn't waste time with hospital paperwork or waiting room nonsense. She's got that look, the one that says she didn't come here for a flu shot. Big tits practically testing the tensile strength of her buttons. And Mike, our so called professional, he's already sweating through his coat.

The examination starts normal enough. Listen to heartbeat. Check reflexes. But then the stethoscope keeps slipping lower and lower and suddenly we're not checking lungs anymore. There's this moment where she gives you that smile, the one that makes you forget you're supposed to be a medical professional. The pickup dialogue is so blunt it's almost funny, like something from those old penthouse letters where the plumber shows up and somehow ends up balls deep within three sentences. I wish there was more buildup honestly, but that's not what this is and it won't ever be. The game knows exactly what you're here for and it's not character development.

The animations are janky in that specific way that somehow makes it hotter. Like when her tits bounce but the physics engine clearly gave up halfway through calculating. You can click different parts of her body and Mike does his thing, very thorough examination indeed. I got distracted halfway through writing this because I remembered this one position where she's bent over the examination table and the angle is just... chef's kiss. The sound design is basically nonexistent except for some wet noises that sound like someone stirring mac and cheese. Not complaining though. Sometimes you just need a brunette milf getting railed in a doctor's office, no plot armor, no redemption arc, just pure id driven nonsense. The game crashed once when I tried to click too many things at once and honestly that feels like a feature not a bug.
