The loading screen is just a stock photo of a blonde with a smirk that says "I know I'm out of your league" and honestly, that's the whole vibe of Lana right there. You know those Lesson of Passion games where the renders look like everyone's been dipped in oil? This one's got that same slightly off, glossy sheen. It's not high art but my brain has accepted this specific jank as a comfort food. The CG gallery fills up fast because the plot is basically a conveyor belt of "oh no, the rent is due" scenarios. Lana's from money, Douglas is not, and the 50/50 split isn't about cash. It's about... physical labor. Very specific, horizontal labor.

The dialogue is pure nonsense poetry. At one point Douglas says something about "maintaining the family wealth equilibrium" while unzipping his pants and I nearly choked. The writing doesn't try to be sexy, it just states the transaction. You will fix her sink. You will fix her mood. You will do it because her dad owns a yacht somewhere in the background lore that never matters. The blonde model has exactly two expressions: smug and slightly more smug. I wish the clicking had a faster skip function but it won't ever get one, these old flash-style frameworks are fossilized in amber.

There's a scene where she's on the phone with her mother while Douglas is under the desk. The audio is just the same 15-second smooth jazz loop cutting out abruptly when the "action" starts. I spent way too long trying to figure out if her necklace clipping through her collarbone was a bug or a metaphor for how she sees through his broke ass. The whole thing feels like a horny PowerPoint presentation made by someone who just discovered the skew tool in Photoshop. Forget what I was saying about the plot, there is no plot, just a series of increasingly expensive furniture items she wants "assembled." That couch scene though. The physics don't make sense. The angle is impossible. I've replayed it three times.
