The whole thing runs on AI art, which normally makes me want to close the tab and go touch grass, but here it kinda works because the jank matches the premise. Gwen starts as this scrawny little thing and you just keep feeding her, literally and metaphorically, until shes bursting out of everything. The weight gain tag isnt lying, her belly gets this soft heavy look before the muscle starts piling on top, and then the breast expansion kicks in and suddenly her tits are bigger than her head and still growing. Its like watching a timelapse of someone mainlining growth hormones while eating an entire buffet.

The futa option is just a toggle, no big ceremony, one minute shes got standard equipment and the next shes packing something that would make a horse nervous. The game doesnt make a huge deal about it either, which I appreciate, its just there, flopping around while she flexes her new lats. The muscle growth is the real star though, her shoulders widening, veins popping, that thick t*** that makes her look like she could deadlift a car. Theres a scene where shes trying on old clothes and the seams just give up, fabric tearing, buttons flying, and her just standing there looking confused and massively swollen.

The writing is whatever, basic visual novel stuff, but the AI images actually capture that inbetween stage really well, when shes not quite huge yet but definitely not normal anymore. Theres no real gameplay beyond clicking and watching numbers go up, but honestly if youre here for deep mechanics youve made a wrong turn somewhere. The character cameos from other universes feel random, like someone just dropped ChunLi into a protein shake commercial, but it adds to the fever dream quality. My only real complaint is the text boxes sometimes cover the best parts of the image, like hello I want to see the full musclegut situation not read about her feelings.
