Playing this took me back to when I tried writing a farming sim romance in a feverish weekend, only the developer here cut way more corners than I ever did. Aaron's big hometown adventure kicks off with his truck literally hovering a foot above the pavement in the first screen. The dialogue boxes have this weird thing where sometimes the text aligns properly and other times it just doesn't, like someone was messing with the code and gave up halfway. Never found out why.
The cowgirl is called Jenny and she's the first girl you meet, wearing a hat that clips through her shoulder whenever she does the idle animation. The sex scene with her triggers almost immediately if you pick the right barn option, and there's this closeup where her breasts are rendered with completely different shading than her face, like two separate artists worked on her and never talked. The missionary position looks more like she's trying to escape through the hay bales. Then there's the farm owner's daughter, a blonde who inexplicably has the same face model as Jenny but with different hair, and their scenes share identical moaning sounds, just pitch shifted a bit.
The quest system is baffling. You get a task to fetch eggs but the chicken coop graphic is actually just a stretched texture of a dog house. Doing the quest rewards you with a scene where the brunette teaches Aaron some kind of lesson, but the lesson contents change depending on which patch of dirt you're standing on when you talk to her. Found three variations before I got bored and went to look at the barn again. The country setting is so sparse it's almost meditative, just these empty fields with nothing to click on.
Wished there was a way to skip the repetitive walking segments between each girl. The game doesn't let you, just makes you trudge past the same fence post that flickers every time the screen scrolls. Classic Lesson of Passion jank but somehow more bare than usual.
