Oh fuck, the character models in this one. Elsa's hair does this thing where it clips right through her shoulder during the first real scene and I actually laughed out loud, like a proper snort. Not in a mean way, more like finding a typo in a love letter. The whole thing feels like someone's first project they poured way too much feeling into, you know? That raw energy where the polish doesn't matter because the intention is so obvious.
The text is absolutely unhinged in places. I mean that as a compliment. You'll be reading along, Anna's internal monologue going full poetic about Elsa's "ice-kissed fingertips" or whatever, and then suddenly the dialogue switches to something so blunt it gave me whiplash. The skip button is right there, but honestly the weird prose is half the fun. Made a choice early on that locked me into a scene I wasn't expecting, and there's no going back without restarting the whole browser tab. Classic visual novel bullshit that I've come to expect from itch.io deep cuts.
The redhead element, by the way. Anna's design is doing something specific that I can't quite articulate. Something about the contrast with Elsa's whole ice queen aesthetic. The scenes between them have this tension that's less about the actual explicit content and more about the buildup, the way the dialogue circles around what they both want. The sex itself is... look, it's janky. But the kind of janky that loops back around to being charming if you're the right kind of degenerate. Which I apparently am. Wish there was more actual choice impact beyond just picking which scene you get, but at this point I'm just happy when a Frozen parody actually commits to the bit instead of being a five minute slideshow.
