The whole thing is a management sim where you run a whorehouse and train girls to sell to rich perverts. You start with nothing, a couple sad mattresses and girls who'd rather be anywhere else. The first hour is just clicking through menus trying to figure out why Keiichi's dream girl is now doing anal training. The UI looks like someone made it in a weekend. But then you get into the rhythm, upgrade the dungeon themed room, buy some vibrating eggs, and suddenly you're pimping out anime waifus to the mayor. There's a whole system where girls can run away if you push too hard, which is weirdly realistic for a game where you can build a tentacle room. Cops show up sometimes and you have to bribe them. The art is inconsistent. Some scenes look like the actual anime, others look like a horny teenager's DeviantArt from 2007. The sex scenes are explicit though, no mosaic bullshit, full penetration and cumshots. Training minigames get repetitive fast, clicking the same spots over and over while the girl makes that same squeaky noise. I wish there was more variety in the positions but I've been saying that about hentai games since I discovered Nutaku exists. The parody aspect is what carries it, seeing characters you recognize doing things that would make the original creator cry. Not that I'm complaining. The city influence mechanic opens up special clients and events but honestly I just wanted to see what happens when you max out a girl's obedience stat. Turns out, exactly what you'd expect.
